Download AppFour straightforward steps to get your account up and running.
Enter a unique username, your Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and a password. Your username is how other members will see you on the platform, so choose one you're comfortable with. Your password should be at least eight characters and include a mix of letters and numbers — avoid anything too obvious like your birthdate or "password123". If a friend referred you to pub999, enter their referral code in the optional field.
Once you submit your registration details, pub999 will send a one-time password (OTP) to the mobile number you provided. Enter the OTP on the verification screen to confirm your number. This step activates OTP-based login protection on your account from day one. Make sure the number you register is one you have regular access to — it's used for account security throughout your time as a member. If the OTP doesn't arrive within a minute, you can request a new one.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be required before certain deposit thresholds. You'll need to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — this could be a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or similar document. The verification confirms your identity and date of birth. pub999 enforces a 21+ age requirement and KYC is part of that process. Most verifications are reviewed and processed promptly once your documents are received.
Head to the cashier section of your account and choose your preferred PHP payment method — bank transfer or a supported local e-wallet. Once your deposit is processed and reflected in your balance, you're ready to start. Whether you want to check the live sports odds on a PBA game, join a live baccarat table, or spin some slots — the full platform is available to you. Check the Promotions page after registering to see what offers are currently available to new members.
Each individual is allowed only one pub999 account. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed. If you've already registered, please log in to your existing account.
